With the holiday season now over, works are progressing with all of the trades on site. The last week has seen the start of the installation of the elevator in Casa Amelia as well as the start of the installation of Velux windows on the roof.
Installation of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning services continues as do plumbing and electrical circuits. The walls in Casa Mariana are starting to be plastered and out in the garden, the excavations for the garage have finally finished and the site is being set out for the remaining concrete support structures required to finish the construction of the underground car park.
